The intelligence they bring to incorporation services is not only with their process but also with their customer service and satisfaction guarantee. 

We did a recent survey to obtain customer comments, complaints and testimonials related to their incorporation services.

We found that most any customer that had a complaint was unhappy due to the result of not understanding what Legal Zoom is about.  They are NOT a law firm.  If you need legal advice, seek the advice of an attorney.

What LegalZoom does is provide administrative and document filing services to incorporate a business or form an LLC. You can save a lot of money using them to form the legal entity, and then apply your savings to get advice on the more complex components of your business once the  legal entity is formed.

 I used legalzoom to create my will and i'm currently using it to set up an llc. Customer service has been phenomenal, and the law library and FAQs answered most of my questions. I'd recommend it to anybody, especially those that bank online and book travel online...do it yourselfers can easily figure this stuff out.

I used LegalZoom to form my corporation.  I am so excited to start my own clothing company, but was scared to deal with all the legal stuff. Their customer service is outstanding.  I really felt like they cared about me.  received my corporation package in the mail and everything was in order when I took it all to me bank to open an account.  The banking lady told me that she get TONS of corporations formed from LegalZoom and it made me feel like I made the right choice.  I would use them again for other legal stuff and recommend them to all of my friends.

We (my husband and I) heard about legalzoom on the radio three years ago and since then we've done several services with them. we both have our wills there, my husband used it to create an llc, and i formed a nonprofit. no problems so far.

I heard about LegalZoom on the radio. So I decided to give them a try. I went online, completed the questionnaire, and submitted my payment. The process was very simple, and the best part was that they would send me email updates regarding the status of my LLC filing. (your company name is available, documents have been sent to the Secretary of State, your LLC has been formed, here is your filing number, your tax ID number has been obtained, etc.). All this for less than $500. I even got a company kit, with custom stock certificates, seal, and more.

When compared to the first 3 LLC formed through an attorney, I have to say Legalzoom's service was by far the best deal.

Finally, a service that helps you spend LESS time with the lawyers.  How someone didn't think of this years ago is beyond me.

There are still plenty of things you should consult an actual attorney for -- but for the stuff like trademarks and incorporating, I've found LegalZoom to be a great option
